B-SAFE 300, consisting of safety cell, with explosion-proof doors, including automatic locking to prevent incorrect operation. Built on a solid base frame.

Included in the safety cell:

Device for holding 6 printing cylinders (optionally up to 10 connections possible)

With proportional valve (for filling speed from 20 bar / min to 50 bar / min.)

Filling device PN 200 or 300 bar, consisting of 6 filling hoses with self-venting filling connections (R 5/8 "according to DIN EN 144-2)

Filling device PN 200 bzw 300 bar. Additionally with 1 pressure reducer, safety valve, pressure sensor and manometer

Number of connections for the pressure ranges PN 200 and PN 300 bar freely selectable (max 6 connections total)

Touchscreen to control and control the filling process
