COLTRI PRESEC/SECURUS 230V for installation in MV, etc.
The Presec system is connected to the first filter cartridge via a probe and detects its saturation status by transmitting relevant switching signals to the display according to the status. When the filter cartridge is exhausted, the compressor switches off and can only be restarted once the cartridge has been replaced.
The Presec system uses 3 relays connected to 3 LEDs to indicate 4 levels of cartridge saturation:
Steady green light (a): - The system is operational; cartridge is OK. Flashing yellow light (b): - Pre-alarm; cartridge is almost empty and must be replaced soon. Flashing red light (c): - Alarm; remove cartridge and replace immediately. Flashing red light (c): - Alarm; filter cartridge missing or filter system interrupted; compressor switches off and cannot be restarted without inserting a new cartridge or rectifying the cause of the alarm. While the yellow light flashes (b), the steady green light (a) continues to illuminate because the filter cartridge is not yet completely saturated. If no LED is illuminated, this means that the PRESEC system has no power supply or the electrical system is defective.
