Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. You are legally obligated to return used batteries as the end user. You can return batteries after use free of charge at the point of sale or in its immediate vicinity (e.g. at municipal collection points or in shops). As a distributor of batteries and rechargeable batteries, we are also obliged to take back, although our obligation to take back is limited to used batteries of the type that we carry or have carried as new batteries in our range. In this case, please return the used batteries to us with sufficient postage. We are also happy to take back your used batteries free of charge at our head office in Augsburg:

Batteries or accumulators containing harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out garbage can. This symbol indicates that these items must not be thrown into the household waste.

Near the trash can symbol is the chemical name of the pollutant. "CD" stands for cadmium, "Pb" for lead and "Hg" for mercury.


Note according to used oil ordinance

According to the Waste Oil Ordinance we are obliged to take back the following used oils free of charge: Combustion engine oils, condensate, oil filters and oil-containing waste regularly generated during oil changes. You can return the used oil to us in the quantity corresponding to the quantity purchased from us.
We charge a disposal fee of 4.00 € per Kg/L for oil-containing operating fluids that were not purchased from us.
