Cancellation policy

The buyer has the following right of withdrawal:

Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the buyer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify us, the Seller:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about his decision to revoke this contract.

The purchaser may use the attached cancellation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the Buyer sends the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If the Buyer revokes this contract, the Seller shall repay to the Buyer all payments received by the Seller from the Buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that the Buyer has chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of revocation of the Buyer of this contract has been received by the Seller. For this repayment, the Seller shall use the same means of payment that the Buyer used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the Buyer; in no case shall the Buyer be charged any fees due to this repayment.

The Seller may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the Buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The Buyer shall return or hand over the goods to the Seller without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which the Buyer notifies the Seller of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if the Buyer sends the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

The Buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The buyer must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
